Refund & Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Overview

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days under European and German consumer protection laws.

## Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within **14 days** without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email).

Important Policy Regarding Blind Boxes, Sealed Collectibles & Diminution of Value

Please read carefully before unboxing or opening your items:

Standard for Inspection: Under statutory consumer law, you are permitted to inspect and examine the items in the same manner as you would in a physical retail store.
Nature of Blind Boxes & Collectible Integrity: Most of our products are strictly factory-sealed, mint-in-box (OVP) collectible items and blind boxes. The commercial and collectible value of these items is inherently tied to the pristine, untampered condition of the packaging, outer seal, and the undisclosed surprise nature of the blind box.
Significant Depreciation of Value upon Opening (up to 100%):* **Seals & Boxes:** If the **outer shrink-wrap, tamper-evident seal, or the blind box itself is opened, unsealed, torn, or damaged**, the item instantly loses its mint collector status and cannot be resold as a new, unopened product. * **Compensation for Lost Value:** In accordance with statutory regulations (§ 357a German Civil Code / EU Consumer Rights Directive), you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. * **Deduction from Refund:** For opened blind boxes, unsealed packaging, missing collector cards, or broken inner foil bags, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding loss in value (which, due to the unique nature of blind collectibles, may amount to **up to 100% of the item purchase price**) from your refund. * Opened mystery bags or figures returned without their original packaging, collector cards, or accessories are completely non-resellable as new items.

Effects of Withdrawal & Refund Process

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery type), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. * **Method of Refund:** We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. * **Right of Retention:** We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. * **Return of Goods:** You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. * **Return Shipping Costs:** You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lotta10555@icloud.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
